The workout:
20 reps each exercise
4 rounds
Minimum rest
Wide grip pull-ups
Time under tension is key for building a stong bavk
Try this routine with only 2 dumbbells
10 rounds
10 FLoor to overhead
10 Double dumbbell swing
10 Thrusters
Take minimum rest between rounds, no more than 1 minute
