Healthy and Simple Meal ✌
1- Homemade Chicken Shawarma
2- White Rice
3- Arabic Salad
This meal is less than 500 Kcal with
45 g protein
32 g Carbs
10 g fats
Recipe of Health and simple homemade Shawarma is :
Cut 500 g of chicken breast and marinate it with 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 1.5 teaspoons of ginger powder, half teaspoon of salt, and one teaspoon of olive oil, keep it in fridge for 30 mins then stir fry till its well cooked .

3- Air fried Potato 300 g
Dietitians & Nutritionist please assist 🙏, Can you tell how many total calories on my plate 🤔
PS: I don't know the ideal answer but I would say around 500 calories

Hello back but this time from Dubai 🙋♂️😁
Finally settle down in Dubai and start back my meal preparing and cooking 😁
These six meal cost me less than 150 Dhs with all organic food and no hormones added..... Isn't cool 😎
Bake the veggies
Stir fry the Chicken and meat
And boil the beet roots
