2️⃣Cardio burns calories but doesn’t build lean muscle. Without muscle, metabolism drops and fat loss slows 👉 and you’ll regain weight faster.

3️⃣All-or-nothing thinking leads to binge👉restrict cycles, guilt, and burnout. One “bad” meal doesn’t ruin progress ,giving up does.
