As the Lead Design Consultant, we are proud to be an integral part of the Iconic Tower project.

Set to become an ultra-high-end landmark in Dubai Internet City, Iconic Tower will feature 310 apartments upon completion. This distinctive project, visible from across Dubai, represents a unique synergy of Mered and our international expertise in placemaking, customer experience, and engineering. Residents will enjoy world-class amenities including spas, restaurants, a kids’ club, BBQ area, infinity pool, gym and yoga areas, decks, and retail outlets. This venture is on a rapid timeline, with the design and contractor procurement phase slated for one year, followed by the main construction, set to conclude in three years, including the handover of units to customers.
