BSS Solution Architect

Main Responsibilities: You will be joining a fast growing and international team, being responsible for creating customer centric solutions for Business Support System (BSS) within EMEA region. You will handle all technical aspects of our customer engagements, delivering business values through technical expertise and strategic guidance. Your main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

Interacting with counterparts from operational departments to clarify and sign off the scope documents

Interpreting client requirements to internal development team

Ensuring the application architecture, design and implementation conforms to the business and system requirements

Being responsible for reviewing detailed design documents and interface agreements

Requirements:

6+ years experience in the BSS domain.

Excellent communication skills with counterparts across hierarchies and departments in Telco Industry are required. Knowledge of the CBS/OCS solution is desired.

Knowledge of best industry practices in requirements gathering and clarification.

Ability to organize client workshops.

Ability to present technical information to audiences with a wide range of technical knowledge.

Knowledge of eTom and ITIL is preferred.

Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in a European language is a major plus.

Frequent travel is expected.
