Stop and listen to what your body is telling you.
You don’t “need” to lift weights.
You don’t “need” to have a green juice every morning.
You don’t “need” to go to the gym on your period.
Take it easy. It’s not always rainbows and butterflies and you definitely need discipline but balance is key 🙏🏻
Tc of your mental health and look out for the signs your body is exerting 🤍
