This week I had the pleasure to workout with the rapper Guti O Espanhol!
Apart of his love for music, he also loves football!
In this particular moment, we were working on his ability to develop faster running, wearing a speed parachute.
Also, this is a small part of his training. If your goals are to run better and faster it's essential to complement your speed drills with strength training to improve maximal force, power and explosiveness.
