Meet Rochel, our dynamic Office Manager at TECS.

Since joining the team in 2016, Rochel quickly emerged as a natural leader taking charge of quoting, document management, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. Her drive, organization, and focus on efficiency have played a key role in TECS’ continued growth.

While she was once regularly seen on-site supporting field teams, Rochel now anchors the heart of our office. Recently promoted to Office Manager, she’s the go-to person for everything from strategic coordination to the smallest day-to-day needs always handling each task with precision, care, and a deep commitment to the team.

Her leadership and steady presence behind the scenes keep the entire operation running at its best.

This was the first project we did up on the top of Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall, Dubai, UAE - quite a few years ago now.
We’d gotten a last minute call from the legends at XDubai if we could make it happen. Of course…an opportunity like this, we would do anything and everything we could to make it happen!

What is rarely seen is the access up to the top. It’s a few hundred feet of stairs and ladders…hard work. And these guys had to do multiple times per night over a few nights, carrying their BASE rigs plus harnesses etc.

We’ve been up there again recently, but that’s another story for when the official footage is released!
