This year's Earth Day theme is a reminder that change doesn't wait for someone else to start it. At Compass, we work on projects that shape the built environment across KSA and UAE, and that comes with a real responsibility to be thoughtful about how we build, what we use, and what we leave behind.

A few things anyone can do today, and every day:
🧭 On projects: ask early about sustainable materials, waste disposal plans, and energy use. The earlier it's in the brief, the easier it is to deliver.
🧭 In the office: cut single-use plastics. It's small, but it adds up across a team.
🧭 At home: reduce, reuse, and recycle, not just sort.
🧭 In your community: pick up litter when you see it. Seriously. Just pick it up.

We all have a part to play. The power is already ours.
