Last-minute event confirmations aren't unusual in our part of the world. But when the venue is in the middle of the 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐎𝐜𝐞𝐚𝐧, the logistics become a whole different challenge.

With just 12 hours between the contract being signed and our flight taking off, DLC Events mobilized, packed, travelled, and arrived ready to support the 𝐔𝐍 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 in the beautiful 𝐒𝐞𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐬 this week.

DLC Events was excited to head across the water to Bahrain’s west coast last week, supporting a high-profile meeting at the stunning Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort.

Designed for fast-paced discussion and seamless collaboration, the meeting relied on our robust Televic Conference system, integrated with automated camera tracking to instantly capture the active speaker and display them on the in-room comfort monitors.

From system design and deployment to on-site support, Mark Breakspear and Issa Jamjoum delivered the attention to detail and reliability that comes as standard with every DLC Events project.
