10 years ago, a sweet shy South African stepped into the offices of SST and hit the ground running as a trainer.

Over the last decade, Charne Schnetler has trained thousands of lifeguards, certified instructors, spearheaded an ISO compliance project and worked her way up to being our EMEA Client Director.

There is not enough space on a post or time in a reel to say how grateful we are for your relentless commitment to the standard; how much we appreciate your willingness to get stuck in to the less glamorous parts of the role and how much we need your creativity for teachback assignments.
