Piety brings over 30 years of excellence in the customer experience and outsourcing industry, with a proven track record of building and scaling regional operations. Having previously served as CEO of Teleperformance for 14 years, where he played a key role in growing the business into a leading customer experience and digitally driven organization.

As we enter our next phase, Data Direct Group is committed to evolving alongside the rapidly changing CX landscape. Our focus remains on digital transformation, AI-led solutions, and delivering the agile, innovative service models our clients demand.

With Piety’s leadership, we aim to accelerate our growth ambitions and strengthen our digital capabilities while continuing to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
