This is Adjarian Khachapuri. Bread baked into a boat, filled with molten cheese and butter. Georgia’s most iconic dish.
Fun fact: Georgia has an actual economic index named after it. The Khachapuri Index tracks inflation by measuring the cost of ingredients to make one. Like the Big Mac Index, but better.
