Does your Coach take part in the class workouts????
Does he/she try to at least hit one class session a week? Yes we all have our own sessions to focus on but at least one hour a week of what you as a member of the gym/box will work through?
Yes? Fantastic!!!!! Your coach believes in the program, he/she has a better understanding of what your about to go through. He/She can coach more effectively knowing what they went through.
No? Hmmm 🤔. Well... why not?

Knowing when to scale is extremely important.
Scaling a workout just because you feel like it is NOT a reason. Scaling is a tool to help achieve the training goal!
Some reasons to Scale:
• The weight is too heavy.
• The amount of reps is too many.
• You do not have the ability to perform a specific movement.
Do not use scaling as as an excuse to not workout to your full potential.
And do not think that scaling is a weakness.
Always ensure you are able to train and keep training at your best abilities!

When should we do either or even both?
So many of us cannot answer these questions, so let me help you with that.
