Calories are king when it comes to fat-loss, we already know this.
BUT.
Don’t use that as an excuse to fit everything into your diet.
You have to be smart still.
You do have unconditional permission to eat anything.
But that doesn’t mean you have to eat everything.
Prioritise single ingredient, whole foods, single ingredient foods, protein, carbs and fibre first, then sprinkle in some fats.
