Guess what my favorite part of transformation is? The process.
Within weeks of training, I start seeing noticeable changes. Not only in my clients’ body composition. But also in their mind-set.
I’ve seen self-conscious clients step out and become proud of who they are! I’ve seen over-confident clients realize where they were going wrong. I’ve seen clients with constant slip ups become more focused and goal-oriented.
Needless to say, I’m SUPER proud to see each one of them grow before my eyes, both physically and mentally.
