Spice up your work outs with one of these push ups, I dare you😉. Keep things interesting with different moves and never be scared to challenge your body. I like push ups because they are simple and don’t require any gym equipment. Add variety to your push ups and gradually increase the number of reps you do each week. I promise you will feel the burn! Let the endorphins flow and embrace the next day stiffness that might follow 😜

Relaxing and taking in the sunshine ☀️ poolside is my happy place. Natural sunlight = a whole lot of vitamin D a vital ingredient for your body’s well being. Vitamin D helps improve brain function, lowers high blood pressure and protects against inflammation. Adding a little sunshine to your life will make your days brighter and your body happy. And of course why not get your sunshine in while doing a little swimming 😉. Exercise + sunshine + a cool pool = the perfect morning.
