You know whatβs the best cues I offer in this Yoga pose, known as Half Moon?
Place a block under your hand if you need help in balance, to the outside of your feet in front of your pinky toe but 1 foot away, firm your legs and start to lean forward until there is no weight on the back leg then itβs easy for you to lift it off.
Keep your glutes and both legs firm and your torso/ chest facing to the side not to the floor.
Most importantly breathe and come out of the pose whenever you need to, if you wobble in the pose, thatβs absolutely fine, welcome to yoga π π§π»ββοΈ
