Dubai has introduced a new Smart Medical Visa designed to simplify the travel and treatment process for international patients. A visitation schedule was revised after the father’s approved timings conflicted with work commitments. The court ruled that visitation arrangements must be practical, balanced, and support the child’s emotional stability, education, and routine — not just work on paper.
