Life-Work balance has become one of the most trendy topics of the modern age where we find ourselves bombarded with endless tasks, distractions, phone notifications, emails, commitments....etc.

The question here is not how we can create the perfect balance in our life because everyone has different priorities that change from time to time, sometimes work, business, and other times family or leisure.

The right question here is how we can feel more balanced in our life?

In this video, I want to share with you a simple tool to help you achieve the feeling of balance in dealing with day-to-day activities.

This tool originates from a concept called a healthy mind platter developed by Dr. Dan Siegel and Dr. David Rock. They identified seven essential mental activities for a brain to have balance and operate well.

This tool will help you build optimism, reduce stress, and focus better. The brain usually tends to be negative and saturated when under pressure; however, you can relax your mind, have optimal energy, and be creative using this tool. Also, it helps you connect better with yourself and others.

So, what is this tool?
This tool includes seven essential mental activities that can help us achieve the balance we aspire to accomplish. I will go further in detail, explaining the seven activities and all the details around them.

Please remember the point here is not to achieve perfect balance because that will be hard to do given the nature of our lives, but the aim here is to become aware of the seven mental activities that you can incorporate each day to make you feel more balanced.
