It took me until I was 33 years old to realise that if I didn't change the way I thought about myself, I was going to continue suffering.

For years, I carried self doubt, insecurity, fear of rejection, and the belief that I wasn't good enough. I was bullied because of my appearance, called names, judged by others, and constantly worried about what people thought of me.

I remember looking at other people and wondering why they seemed so confident while I felt stuck inside my own head. No matter what I achieved, it never felt like it was enough because deep down I didn't feel enough.

Everything started to change when I stopped waiting for someone else to save me and started doing the inner work. I learned how to rebuild my self worth, change my mindset, heal emotional pain, and create a healthier relationship with myself.

Today, myself and my team help people do the same thing professionally.
