On behalf of our Client, One of the world's leading paints and coatings manufacturers.

⏺ Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth functioning of the assigned production line, by working efficiently alone/along with other operators to produce the product right the first time.

To notice any problems with machinery while working on production and inform the production foreman so that quality and quantity of the product is maintained.

Follow strictly health, safety and environmental guidelines by being careful and watchful and wearing PPE’s so that no accident or injury at work is caused.

Follow established best practices in the cleaning of machinery by knowing and practicing 5s to ensure that the factory is tidy all the time.

Operating the Mill and packing the product by knowing the right process to ensure products are made efficiently and correctly.

Assists operators and senior operators with preparation task to ensure a smooth production run.

Ensures a clean work environment to meet 5S standards.

Qualifications:

With at least 1 year experience working in Paints and Coatings Manufacture industry.

At least completed 12th Grade High School.
Speak and Write Basic English.

Basic Computer knowledge.

Suitable candidates of the above-mentioned posts must be/have:

Self-starter with ability to work effectively in a team. Conscientious & Strong determination to achieve quality results.
