We just wrapped up another amazing retreat - lead by our founder Wael Abdul Hamid. This time around we focused on “Relationships and Communication” as our theme. We had an incredible time in Egypt, where we gathered in community through meditations, discussions, meals and excursions. As we come off the heels of this retreat and take in all we’ve learned and experienced, the changes we’ve begun to implement to better our lives and understand those around us, have helped us grow and build stronger connections.
