Are you a dynamic leader passionate about community engagement and the power of libraries? We're seeking a highly motivated Deputy Manager to oversee and drive impactful projects at our libraries!

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing engaging events and camps, managing external partnerships, and ensuring the seamless ex*****on of library programs. You'll work closely with the Project Manager and Project Owner, contributing to the strategic direction and success of our libraries.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Develop and execute innovative community programs.
• Manage budgets and external service providers.
• Lead and mentor staff and volunteers.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements.
• Conduct research on emerging library trends.
• Prepare detailed project reports and presentations.

𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
• Proven experience in project management and event planning.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for libraries and community engagement.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
