Tower Crane Operator

Tower crane operators typically need to have the following qualifications:

Education: Most employers require tower crane operators to have a high school diploma or GED certificate. Some employers may require an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering. These degrees provide students with the knowledge and skills they need to operate cranes safely and efficiently.

Mechanical aptitude: Tower crane operators need to have a basic understanding of mechanical processes and how machines work. This is because tower cranes are complex machines that require a variety of moving parts to operate. Tower crane operators need to be able to identify potential issues with the crane and know how to fix them. They also need to be able to identify issues with the construction site and know how to fix them.

Experience Qualification:
- 2 years experienced and UAE License
- Nationality:India Pakistan Nepal Shrilanka.
- Salary 1400 AED
- Duty time 8hrs + Overtime.

Job description
Requirements and skills

Proven experience as welder 2G,3G,4G AND 6G
Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures
Experience in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers etc.)
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.)
Determining the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements
Setting up components for welding according to specifications
Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements
Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws to match measurements)
Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces
Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead)

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
