We are looking for a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team.

Purpose:
• Coordination and liaising between the company & Government organizations / authorities.
• Provide quick, efficient and reliable services for all government related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical tests, jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Labor & Consulates, and Business Licenses to the company and its group.

Responsibilities:
• Obtain new employment visas / work permits for all expatriate employees.
• Monitor and renew employee residence permits.
• Obtain new residence visas and renewals for dependents of employees.
• Facilitate and follow-up cancellation of visas for employees and dependents.
• Liaise with embassies / foreign diplomatic missions to enable business visits.
• Administer company and joint venture companies’ licenses and tax remittances with various UAE govt. authorities viz., Economic Department, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Finance & Industries etc.
• Stay abreast with the change in rules and regulations of the government

Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in related fields
- Proficient in written & spoken English and Arabic
- Valid UAE driving license
