Why has it been formed?

It has been set up to ease the burden and eradicate insurance uphills and transgresses bedeviling the Zimbabwean Insurance Industry.

Additionally it has been established to spearhead insurance innovations to the betterment of the Zim Insurance Sector.

MIC is committed to promoting insurance uptake through educating the insurance public in a language accustomed to them.
