| With no initial funding but a vision for impact, in 2021 we created an expert-led WhatsApp Group discussion series that drew professionals from mental health, psychology, and counseling to educate hundreds of young people.
At its peak, we had five groups of 400-500 members each, engaging in daily mental health activities that fostered a sense of community and support throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. Our project may have started small, but its impact has been profound, helping many young people in Masvingo and Zimbabwe.
As we continue to push forward, our commitment to promoting mental health and wellbeing remains unwavering. Every young person's mental health matters, and we're hoping for a future where they can easily access support through a Toll Free Number.

Consensual S*x is the only accepted s*x. Fathers Against Abuse guides us how it functions.
The F.R.I.E. S framework for consent on s*xual intimacy
The FRIES acronym is a helpful framework that helps to explain what "active" consent looks like in practice. It moves the conversation beyond just "no means no" to a more positive, clear standard.
Here is the breakdown:
F – Freely Given
Consent is a choice made without pressure, manipulation, or the influence of drugs or alcohol. If someone is "guilted" or coerced into saying yes, it isn't consent.
R – Reversible
Anyone can change their mind at any time—even if you’ve already started or have done it before. Once consent is withdrawn, the activity must stop immediately.
I – Informed
Everyone needs to know exactly what they are agreeing to. For example, if someone says they’ll use a condom but then doesn't, the consent for that act is no longer valid.
E – Enthusiastic
Consent should be about doing things you want to do, not things you feel you have to do. Look for active interest rather than just a "fine" or a silent shrug.
S – Specific
Saying yes to one thing (like kissing) does not mean saying yes to everything else. Each new level of physical intimacy requires its own consent.
Let's support her dreams like you would support your own, with respect, opportunity, and space to lead. When women have access to education, safety, and equal voices, families thrive, and communities grow stronger.
Youths Against Gender Injustices
Real family protect!!!
Let’s all stand firm against child marriages, every child deserves school, safety, and a childhood: Zimbabwe’s Constitution (Marriages Act) set the minimum age at 18, yet about 1 in 3 girls marry before 18 and 5.4% before 15, with rural rates near 40% versus 21.8% in urban areas, fueling school dropout, teen pregnancy, health risks, and abuse; as family/community we can keep girls in school.
