THIS MP IS A BIG PROBLEM IN UPND

Concerned citizen writes;

This Magoye MP Mweemba Malambo is a big problem in the UPND. He is the only one without pressure while his fellow MPs in other constituencies have suffered terribly from party elections.

Why is he a problem? Because he worked according to the promises he made before 2021 and fulfilled the expectations of the people of Magoye.

His opponents have failed to find fault in him because he delivered and worked according to the expectations of the people.

We want to warn this MP, as he waits for the adoption certificate, that in his second term he should not work 100% — otherwise, his opponents will have nothing to say against him again.

MWEENE EMERGES AS FRONTRUNNER AS MAGOYE EAST VOTERS DEMAND FRESH LEADERSHIP

Residents of Magoye East are calling for new leadership following the recent delimitation of the constituency with many seeing this as a chance to reset development priorities that includes growth across all wards.

Speaking in separate interviews,the residents mention uneven development and slow project delivery,access to loans and grants as limited while demanding for practical solutions and leaders who listen.

On the other hand,they have called for better use of government support which includes Constituency Development Fund allocations where many are unhappy with past unequal distribution.

As a senior figure in the UPND Mweene has been described as a social collaborator with the grassroots and some residents seeing him as a strong candidate.

They further reiterate that as a hands-on mobilizer, he has a clear development agenda they believe he can use to harness the area’s potential well from his corporate experience.

However, others charge that the constituency has a history of one-term MPs giving Mweene the advantage because voters want measurable results.

Meanwhile, Mweene has since dismissed political attacks and propaganda targeting his bid and remains confident that this is a defining moment for Magoye East and the people's will to prevail.
