๐Ÿšจ 8TH REAL WOMAN SUMMIT 2026 โ€“ DAY 2 RECAP๐Ÿšจ
SPEAKER HIGHLIGHT | MRS EVE BANDA NKUMBULA
DAY 2 SESSION RECAP | THE BOARDROOM
Speaker: Mrs. Eve Banda Nkumbula
The second session of Day 2 challenged women to embrace intentional ex*****on in this season of acceleration.
Drawing from the story of Isaac in Genesis 26, Mrs. Eve Banda Nkumbula delivered a powerful reminder:
Acceleration requires drilling again โ€” even when previous efforts were resisted, delayed, or misunderstood.
She emphasized that moving forward often means refusing to stop at โ€œat last.โ€ One breakthrough is not the destination; it is an invitation to go further. Like Isaac, women must be willing to move beyond approved wells into new dimensions of growth and responsibility.
Key Takeaways from The Boardroom Session:
Faith does not wait for perfect conditions โ€” it uses what God has already provided.
Hope is not a strategy. Ex*****on is the secret of acceleration.
Miracles are not always supernatural; many are the result of wisdom, systems, and structure.
Comfort is the enemy of fruitfulness. Safety may feel good, but it does not produce increase
In business and purpose, the first profit is often not for personal reward โ€” there may be seasons of calculated loss that require focus and discipline..
This was a call to leave spectatorship behind and step fully into boardroom thinking โ€”where faith meets action, ideas meet systems, and vision meets responsibility.
A timely, sobering, and empowering word for women determined to RISE HIGHER, MOVE FASTER, and GO FURTHER.
