GADAFFI THE GUARD ROOSTER 🐓🐓

Meet Gaddafi the guard rooster. 🐓🐓
He protects the flock with passion. Whenever you get in the chicken coup this guy will go and stand on the exact position where he is in the picture all the time.

He begins to make noise that all thickens will stop what they are doing and pay attention and become alert.

If you try to get one of the chickens he flies at you with all this energies. So when we want to get any chicken we first have to close Gaddafi outside..

I have learnt a learnt from Gadaffi past the feathers on his body.

1. Take responsibility. For your role.
No one should remind you that it's time to take responsibilit. You should know you are a leader and musty take responsibility.

2.Stay ALert and awere. You will be irrelevant if you not informed at all times about what is going on in the team. Gadaffi. Stands on top to gather first hand info and can quickly call for attention.

3.Protect what is yours. As a leader always protect your team. Gadaffi protects thee flock even if you do not want to touch him he want you not to touch his coup.

4. Consistency builds Authority- stand in the same place and behave predictably. Do not switch sides when situations favour you. Gadaffi has a same place always and the chickens know what to expect from him all the time.

5.Confidence matters-you can't be a good leader if you are not confident good judgement and self control makes you a leader everyone wants to follow. Gadaffi does not hide when you get in their shelter he stands on top all the time.

6. Communication is key. Be clear in your communication. Know when emphasis is needed and when empathy should be employed. When you go in to feed them Gaddafi produces a different sound. And when you go to get eggs or a chicken then then makes a different loud noise.
