MAS Research Institute Ltd. is a formally incorporated career development and research consulting firm in Zambia. We help graduates and professionals build the professional presence that gets them hired, and we assist students and researchers produce academic work that is defensible, credible, and impactful. Our services span skills & career development, academic research advisory, data analysis, and a flagship research capacity building masterclass series launching in July 2026.

About the Role
As a business development associate under the student success partner model, you will be the MAS representative in your academic and professional community. You will identify peers who need our career development or academic research services, introduce them to MAS, and refer them as paying clients. You earn a flat commission for every client you successfully refer.

What You Will Do

Connect fellow students and young professionals in your network with MAS services through genuine, relationship-driven outreach.

Identify individuals who need career positioning support, research advisory, or masterclass preparation and introduce them to the relevant MAS service.

Hand qualified leads to the MAS business development specialist with accurate contact and service interest.

Represent MAS Research Institute professionally and accurately in all community interactions.

This is a commission-based role plus add-ons.
