This position enables you to manage your own block producing infrastructure by franchise. The requirements to fulfill the position are the following :

1. Own land that has sufficient space for the block production process including curing. The land should be capable to accommodate 20 tons of stones, 20 tons of quarry and 20 tons of sand. This also includes storage for tools such as wheelbarrows, rakes, etc.

2. The potential operations director will have to go through a 2 month training session at headquarters, where he will go through all departments to master how the business must fonction.

3. Candidates must also go through HQ to be hired and complete a 2 month training session.
