There are many growth killers in churches. I will speak to one today:

ONE: POOR LEADERSHIP EXAMPLE.

People watch leaders more than leaders know.
If leaders come late, members will come late. If leaders do not smile, members will not smile. If leaders do not care for souls, members will not care for souls. If leaders fight, the church will feel cold.
A leader is a mirror. The church often reflects what it sees.

Are you a good example of a leader? If the whole church is like you, can it be a good church? Watch out for another tip on growth killers of churches.
