Somewhere along the way, we can become so accustomed to living on autopilot that we stop asking ourselves the most important questions…

Who am I beneath all the roles I play?

What do I truly need?

Is the life I’m living aligned with the person I really am?

Our talks this past week, weren’t about having all the answers, it was about creating the space -

To pause. Become aware.
To reconnect with ourselves.

Perhaps the greatest transformation doesn’t begin when life around us changes…

It begins the moment we wake up to ourselves and choose, with intention, to reconnect and live as who we truly are.

Reminiscing about the full moon ceremony I recently held… there are evenings that stay with you long after the fire has burned out…and this gathering was one of them.

Watching a group of strangers arrive and leave feeling a little more connected to themselves and to one another was such a beautiful reminder of why I do this work.

There was laughter, quiet tears. Reflection. Courage.

More importantly, there was something incredibly special about sitting together beneath the open sky, allowing ourselves to pause in a world that so often asks us to keep moving.

From my heart to yours, I want to thank every person who trusted me to hold that space. Your openness, your presence and your willingness to simply show up made the evening what it was.

I trust that you left feeling a little lighter, a little more grounded, and reminded that you already carry so much wisdom within you.
