Some goodbyes are not easy.
Today we say farewell to Elize, who has been with us for almost 9 years. Over these years she has not only been a trusted and committed part of our business, but she has truly become family.

In a small business, people walk a journey together, through busy days, challenges, growth and many shared memories. Elize has been part of that journey with loyalty, honesty and a caring heart, and for that we are deeply grateful.

It is hard to imagine Normans without her familiar presence, but the time has come for her to relocate and begin a new chapter. While we are sad to see her go, we are also excited for what lies ahead for her.
