Why taking Holy communion?

Christians take holy communion to remember Jesus' sacrifice for their sins, celebrate the new covenant established by His death and resurrection, and experience spiritual nourishment and fellowship as a unified community of believers. The bread and wine symbolize Jesus' broken body and shed blood, providing a tangible, sacred act of remembrance and devotion to God and each other.
