A client recently informed me of a toilet leak. I recommended a fix utilizing a sealant and they agreed. While attending to the issue, I opened the cistern and was taken aback by what I found. I immediately contacted the client to advise that cistern replacement is required. The challenge lies in the toilet's age, necessitating the sourcing of a suitable cistern.

Currently attending to a client's concern regarding water accumulation on the balcony, where half of the screed is missing, causing water to seep underneath the door and damage the laminated flooring. I recommended installing a channel in front of the door and casting a new screed. While most of the work is complete, the ongoing rain has rendered it impractical to cast a new screed at this time.
