Topic: Anger, Irritation & Emotional Expression
Many men were never really shown how to understand or express their emotions.
For many of us, anger became the one feeling that was allowed — while sadness, fear, disappointment, or vulnerability were often kept inside.
Yet anger is often not the first emotion.
It can be a signal pointing to something deeper that needs attention.
Session 3 will explore how emotional expression shows up for men, what may sit underneath irritation, and how understanding our emotions can lead to greater self-awareness and connection.
There is no pressure to speak — listening counts.
