Another efficient storage project completed by Pro2Call Racking! We installed a total of 13 mini racking bays—one single bay and a back-to-back row.

Project details:
• 12 Type A bays: 3 000 mm (H) x 600 mm (D) x 2 100 mm (W)
• 1 Type B bay: 3 000 mm (H) x 600 mm (D) x 1 500 mm (W)
• 3 beam levels per bay
• Type A beam capacity: 450 kg UDL
• Type B beam capacity: 600 kg UDL
• 22 mm closed slatted timber decks on all beam levels
• Standard colors: blue end frames, orange beams

171 m² Structural Mezzanine Floor Installed

Another large-scale space-saving solution completed by Pro2Call Racking.

This project included a 171 m² structural supported mezzanine floor with double 18 mm plywood decking, designed to create strong, usable floor space within the client’s existing facility.

The project scope included manufacturing, delivery, installation, and a structural engineer certificate on completion.
