Before the HH Lighthouse Project had a name, its heart was already being lived out quietly.

The HH Lighthouse Project is our way of formalising and supporting this journey. Standing alongside host families, parents and boys facing difficult circumstances with dignity, care and hope.

Our first step is to support our pilot host family by helping improve their home and create a safer, more suitable bedroom space for the boys already in their care.

Why Lighthouse?
Because a lighthouse does not remove the storm, it shines through it!

For the boys and families connected to the HH Lighthouse Project, the challenges are real: unsafe communities, poverty, food insecurity, instability and the daily pressure of trying to stay hopeful in difficult circumstances.

Through this project, Hidden Halos hopes to support boys and families with practical care, host family support where needed, and a pathway toward stability, dignity and hope.

Our BackaBuddy campaign is live, and every contribution helps us take the first practical step: supporting our pilot host family and helping create a safer, more suitable bedroom space for the boys already in their care.

We are so excited to introduce the HH Lighthouse Project.a new Hidden Halos initiative focused on creating safety, stability and hope for boys facing difficult circumstances.

For some children, the challenge is not a lack of dreams, potential or love. It is the reality of poverty, unsafe communities, food insecurity and unstable living conditions that place pressure on families already doing their best.

The HH Lighthouse Project exists to be a steady light in difficult seasons, supporting boys, families and host families through practical care, dignity and hope.
