Looking for a Key Individual (KI) for an FSP Application – South Africa
We are currently preparing our Financial Service Provider (FSP) licence application and are looking to engage a suitably qualified individual who can serve as the Key Individual (KI) for our application.
We are looking for someone who meets the FSCA's Fit and Proper requirements, including:
✅ Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
✅ Certified copy of South African ID
✅ Certified copy of a recognised post-matric qualification (recognised by the FSCA)
✅ Regulatory Examination Certificate:
• RE1 (Key Individual) for a Category I FSP
✅ At least one (1) year of practical managerial and oversight experience within the financial services industry (obtained within the last five years), supported by a reference letter
✅ Meets the FSCA's honesty, integrity and competency requirements (including an acceptable DOFA record)
The successful candidate will work with KasiConvocation throughout the FSP licensing process and may continue in the role thereafter, subject to mutual agreement.
Remuneration: Negotiable and will be discussed directly with shortlisted candidates.
