I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Service Station Manager to take full operational responsibility for a busy forecourt environment in KwaZulu-Natal.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the full site operation, including:
• Forecourt operations
• Convenience retail store management
• Food offering / quick-service operations
• Staff management and performance
• Stock control and operational standards

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ management experience within a service station, fuel retail, or similar high-volume retail environment
• Strong operational and team leadership skills
• Ability to manage a demanding, fast-paced site
