In today’s digital world, our children are growing up online and while smartphones and social media create incredible opportunities to connect and learn, they also expose young people to new risks. Cyberbullying is one of the most serious challenges, and many parents feel unsure about how to guide and protect their children.
In this conversation, we unpack what cyberbullying actually looks like, the legal implications, and what parents and caregivers can do to support their children and create safer online spaces. Knowledge is power, and understanding the risks is the first step in helping our children navigate the digital world responsibly.

Partnerships are exciting but can turn messy fast. A written agreement should cover:
⚡Profit and loss sharing : who gets what.
⚡Decision-making: who has final say on business decisions.
⚡Exit plan: what happens if a partner wants out?
Trust is great, but contracts keep the business (and your friendship) safe.

Why I chose the name Justice in Heels 👠⚖️
When I started this page and podcast, I noticed a trend: so many talented women were quietly leaving the legal world. Some felt overwhelmed, others intimidated, and too many thought the law just wasn’t for them. I wanted to change that.
Ironically, I ended up leaving law myself. Not the legal world entirely, but moving into compliance outside a law firm. And yet, my mission stayed the same: to make law accessible. Legal jargon doesn’t have to scare anyone, and everyone deserves to understand their rights.
And most importantly, I wanted to show that women can bring justice too. With confidence, with style, and with authority. Heels aren’t a barrier- they’re a statement. A statement that you can be smart, strong, and unapologetically yourself, even in spaces that seem intimidating.
To me, Justice in Heels isn’t just a name, it’s a movement. It’s about empowering women, educating people, and proving that law can work for everyone, not just insiders.

You can put almost anything in your antenuptial contract, but not everything will be enforceable. A good rule of thumb: if it goes against public morals, it likely won’t hold up in court⚖️
For example, a clause requiring one partner to convert to the other’s religion would not be enforceable.
Watch season 1, episode 4 featuring Carlia and Nadine Spöhr for more information on antenuptial contracts.
