The Otter Trail - what an amazing experience...

Lying 5km east of Mahe and reaching a height of 108m, this 116 ha island is surrounded by a magnificent coral reef and has played home to three celebrities. The banks of Cerf Island lie within the boundary of the Ste Anne Marine National Parkmaking it the ideal spot or snorkeling.

With the deepest point of the Marine Parkbeing 250 metres the waters team with 150 species of reef fish, starfish, octopi and sea urchins to name but a few. Cerf’s northern side shelters wonderful coral reefs with giant turtles idling around with clown fish.
