Paws with Purpose - SA
πΎπ National Best Friends Day ππΎ
Rolo and Zane, both Assistance Dogs in training, know the secret to happiness: life is simply better with a best friend.
Whether they have two legs or four, best friends stand beside us through every adventure, offering comfort, support, and unconditional love.
Today we're celebrating the friends who make our tails wag and our hearts smile. π
Who's your best furry friend? Drop their name or photo in the comments and let's celebrate them together!

π Today we celebrate survivors π
Cancer may be part of their story, but it does not define them.
To our incredible volunteers who continue to bring comfort, hope, and healing to others while facing their own challenges, THANK YOU.
Your strength inspires us every day.
Because there is life after a diagnosis. There is hope. There is purpose. There is courage. πΎ

πΎ Public Access Training (PAT) is an important part of preparing service dogs to remain calm, focused, and well-behaved in all public environments.
Today, Rolo showed just how far he has come during training and earned a very special reward β a delicious pup cup from Starbucks Coffee Centurion Mall .
Good manners, confidence, and focus deserve to be celebrated, and Rolo made us incredibly proud today. π
Thank you Centurion Mall, Pretoria for assisting.

May we never forget our 'why'.

On Thursday 19 February - Zane and Rolo completed Public Access Training (PAT) at Irene Mall.
As part of their ongoing journey with Paws with Purpose SAβ’ - they navigated a busy shopping environment with confidence and focus - ending their visit at Pick n Pay where they were welcomed with a thoughtful water station for dogs.
Public Access Training is an essential step in preparing an assistance dog for real-world environments - teaching calm behaviour - obedience under distraction - and appropriate responses in public spaces.
We are proud of the steady progress being made - one outing at a time.

Thank you to Irene Village Mall and
Little MILO (Service Dog in Training) visited Hoogland Dierekliniek for his vaccination boosters. The staff were so loving and doting that Milo might insist on a weekly visit π€. Well done, Milo, you were a champ! Thank you, Dr Gerna, for your expert and honest care for our SDiT's.
