On the property there is also a cottage, a heritage piece, which only allows for renovations on the inside. Here one of my guys tiling the bathroom.

Getting ahead for , here photos of a renovation to the cheetah pool at Ellerman House, Bantry Bay, which is almost complete. We had to rebuild the planters behind the water feature, build a new pergola and roof over the patio side using the existing columns, strip existing tiles and lay new ones and then general painting.

Here we have photos of a project just completed in - thanks again to all my team!
We were required to demolish existing walls with mass excavations of soil to drop the level from the street. To build reinforced concrete columns, mass retaining walls (brick and concrete) and cobble paving for a new driveway and pedestrian gate. Also included was a new intercom, alarm and electrical fencing. The look is brought together with the water feature we built using rock cladding.
Like what we have done? Please share on.

DID YOU KNOW? Fibre Cement boards are a clever lightweight option that can be fixed to steel structures. Here the horizontal groove boards are added to the top floor of the project. Lightweight is what we were looking, having to be considerate to the property's ground water conditions.
