What a gift to have you all joining from around the world for this weekends live online Anatomy Trains in Motion (ATiM) course.

ATiM teaches us the anatomy of connection, to understand, and embody through movement, the relationships between myofascial structures as per the Anatomy Trains body map.

I love that this course brings together Physical Therapists, Pilates Teachers, Yoga Teachers, Dancers, we even had an acrobat from Cirque du Soleil! Movement is our universal language and we’re all fascinated by what a fascia-focused training can add to our body-minded wellbeing, and how we can become more fluid in this language!
