If we are sold out, your order will be placed on the waiting list and you will receive a message once your rotis are done.

Orders are taken via WhatsApp and processed on a first come, first serve basis, meaning that we start from the bottom which is the first message received and work our way up.

Your message will remain UNREAD until we have the time to attend to your order.

Tip: avoid sending multiple messages as WhatsApp will bump your message up i.e out of line. Remember, we work from the bottom.

Your messages are seen and we will respond ASAP.

No pre-payments please 🙏

Only do EFT once you receive a message advising that your order is packed and ready to go. It may be sooner or later than the advertised dates.
