🌿 The biggest lesson I've learned in the past year isn't really about essential oils... it's about why our health matters.

A year ago, I started exploring natural wellness because I wanted to help the people I love.

My husband struggled with back pain, my sister suffered from migraines, and I had friends whose children reacted to many commercial soaps and skincare products. I knew there had to be gentler, more natural ways to support our bodies.

That journey eventually led me to doTERRA.

What I love most isn't that essential oils are a quick fix—they're not. It's that they've helped me become more intentional about looking after my family's wellbeing and given me the confidence to make healthier choices for our home.

I'm still learning every day, and I don't pretend to know everything. But if something has helped my family or someone else, I love sharing it because it might help someone else too.

This page isn't about being perfect or having all the answers.

It's about learning together, encouraging one another, and discovering simple, natural ways to support our health—one small step at a time.
